The Beginning and the End of the Universe
The efforts of RememberThyCreator.com are focused sharply on the special Conference at the Pikes Peak Center July 24-26 of 2008. We are planning major media exposure including radio, TV and newspaper leading up to this event.
The pre-conference events will include a special breakfast for pastors and other Christian education leaders on June 26, 2008, prior to the Conference. Dr. Henry Morris, III, CEO of the Institute for Creation Research will be our keynote speaker. We are working towards a goal of having at least 300 Pastors and Christian education leaders at this event. Every evangelical Pastor in the Pikes Peak region will be invited to be a special guest at our expense. Each guest will receive a free gift pack and there will be no solicitation of funds at this event.
The Conference itself will feature a dazzling array of world class speakers offering a variety of multimedia presentations on topics as diverse as astronomy, geology, paleontology, physics, history, oceanography, and biology. These researchers, scientists and speakers are skilled in presenting information in a format that is typically understandable to the average non-scientific audience.
As a bonus feature we will be offering a Creation-themed, world class dinosaur and fossil display presented by the Creation Truth Foundation.

Dr. Terry Mortenson
The Bible clearly teaches that God created in six literal 24 hour days a few thousand years ago.
The Hebrew word for day in Genesis 1 is yom. In the vast majority of its uses in the Old Testament it means a literal day and where it doesn’t the context makes this clear.
Similarly, the context of Genesis 1 clearly shows that the days of creation were literal days. First, yom is defined the first time it is used in the Bible in its two literal senses: the light portion of the light/dark cycle and the whole light/dark cycle (Gen 1:4-5). Second, yom is used with “evening” and “morning”. Third, yom is modified with a number: one day, second day, third day, etc., which everywhere else in the Old Testament indicates literal days. Fourth, yom is defined literally in Genesis 1:14 in relation to the heavenly bodies.

We are a creation Apologetics Ministry which seeks to participate in fulfilling the Great Commission:
“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”
Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)
If we reject CREATION, what is the FALL? If Man is not fallen from original creation, what need for REDEMPTION?
Today's Christians desire to be scientific, and why not, since Christ gave us an ordered universe with laws, science is possible. Yet, in a world of chaos and randomness scientific exploration is impossible. In spite of this, many Christians with a strong desire to be intelligent and current in their thinking have adopted theories of evolution and other synchronistic views calling them "science". We think this is an extremely dangerous departure from Christianity which has led the Church and our nation into peril. If God is not Creator , there is no reason for Christ to have died on the Cross. NO CREATION=NO FALL=NO REDEMPTION!
To help strengthen the faith and increase the knowledge of believers so that they may effectively engage today’s humanistic culture, rather than partake of it, so that they may be the light in the world which Christ intends them to be. (Matthew 5:14-16)
To be used by God to help convict non-believers of the profound truth of God’s word as revealed throughout the Bible, and especially in the foundational first 11 chapters of Genesis, that they may become believers in Christ. (II Timothy 4:2-4)
To help equip pastors, teachers, evangelists and other leaders to be effective in creation apologetics that Christ may be proclaimed. (I Peter 3:15)
To be a rebuilder of the historic Christian faith in the authority of the
